Tooth Fairy Dental

Business
Te Puke, Bay of Plenty

Tooth Fairy Dental Directors D&J had a clear ambition: to consolidate their growing practice into a single, purpose-built facility. After years of operating across three separate tenancies, they sought a space that could bring their full range of services under one roof, improving efficiency, visibility, and experience for both staff and patients. We saw this as an opportunity to deliver a high-quality build that would contribute generously to the wider Te Puke community. Construction is due to start in early 2026. More soon.

The design response balances practical needs with long-term vision. A compact plan optimising function and workflow while allowing for future growth or adaption. The building form and façade have been designed to manage privacy, control sunlight, and protect future access to northern light in the face of neighbouring development. The architecture prioritises warmth, daylight, and a sense of calm, qualities essential to patient comfort and staff wellbeing.

Once complete, the new clinic will offer a step change in presence and experience. It’s designed to be easy to find, inviting to enter, and a workplace that attracts and retains great people. This project is an exciting investment in the future of Tooth Fairy Dental and its community.
