Alexander Duo

New Home
Tauranga

This project proposes two townhouses on Alexander Street in the Tauranga avenues. The design is at a preliminary stage and continues to be tested and developed. These homes will be generous, highly functional, and well suited to their leafy urban setting.

In reviewing what is currently available in the area, P&B saw an opportunity to offer something different, homes that place design and the quality of urban day-to-day living at the forefront. The deisgn responds specifically to the site rather than following a standardised template. We are creating simple, durable, well-proportioned homes that sit comfortably within the neighbourhood while providing a considered, design-led approach to everyday life.
